I'm Hannah Youngs, a UK-based primary teacher with over a decade of experience across both the state and independent sectors. Like many others, I entered the profession full of passion but quickly realised how challenging and isolating teaching can feel, especially in the early years. Teacher Advice Hub, set up in early 2024, was born from those experiences, and from the countless conversations I've had with colleagues who felt exactly the same.
