All prices are listed in GBP (£). Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase or booking. We use secure third-party payment processors (e.g. Stripe, PayPal) to handle all transactions.

Once a purchase is complete, you will receive a confirmation email including product or booking details and the legally required pre-contract information.

2. Digital Products (Downloads & Streaming Content)

By purchasing a digital product from Teacher Advice Hub, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You will lose your 14-day right to cancel once the digital content has been made available for download or streaming.

• You must explicitly agree to the immediate supply of digital content before accessing the download or stream.

• This information is confirmed in your order confirmation email as part of our legal obligations under UK consumer protection law.

Refunds:
Due to the nature of digital products, no refunds will be issued once the download or stream has begun, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

3. Coaching Sessions & Webinars

• Coaching sessions may be rescheduled with more than 24 hours’ notice by contacting: teacheradvicehub@gmail.com

• Sessions missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

• No refunds are given for missed webinars unless the session is cancelled by us.

• If Teacher Advice Hub cancels or reschedules a session, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative date.

4. User Conduct

All resources provided by Teacher Advice Hub are for personal and professional use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or republish them in any form without written permission.

By using our website and services, you agree not to:

• Misuse, reproduce, or distribute content without permission

• Engage in any activity that could disrupt or damage the website or services

• Share login details or downloadable products with others
